Lets clear up the blatant ramping, if ANYONE thought that the share price is going to be 2$ in 2 years they would be buying every CDI @ under 9cents as possible. This person clearly doesnt and is using some of his huge salary to buy options at a very small risk. You would think with so much about to be done and at such a small market cap insiders might buy some shares, unless of course they are not confident in their own company.
