I understand from your experience what you're saying about pitfalls.
Another positive is that BEZ has been telling us that to go to production at BAU so far has been lot cheaper in labour costs than say the equivalent in Australia because the Bau region has been a gold mining area for over 150 years there is alot of local skilled gold and construction labour about to access.
Plus, QM and the State government being onside has been assisting with their contacts to source the required infrastructure to progress the development at BAU and they want it fast tracked as much as feasibly possible.
