Quantum Metals is seeking new equity, yes possibly to graduate from the pink sheets to the main board. Also it's a microcap with no market capitalisation.
Allegedly our friend Dato received the cease and trade because they were offering stock of QMEI in one of the Quantum websites without them license to raise equity money in Malaysia.
I'm not even sure the 400m ringgit profit is from QMEI or another Quantum entity???
Anyways 400m ringing is about 80m US. While on the surface quite a lot of money it can all come from the hedge book, so the cash flows 1Q later can look very different. We have to ask ourselves why the QMEI share price collapsed in early January? Which happened to be the same time the bank account closed in Australia....
We our left to ourselves to speculate about all this as no information is forthcoming from the company. They can't even be bothered to inform their own IR employee of what is going on.
They need to sort it out. So all of you boys and girls speaking to your 'little bird' maybe need to convey the message, what the devil is going on??
