    You will see that there is only 300,013 that sit unrestricted or able to be traded (as I understand it).

    Outstanding Shares
    35,898,026
    Restricted 35,598,013
    Unrestricted 300,013


    Here is the Trade and short data over the past couple of weeks.

    As you can see it only trades on average 1,200 shares a day. It would take some time to build a decent stake... LOL
