The problem surely is the 40m received appears to be in an independent account? To do with sharia law or whatever. Someone commented it cant be paid to bezra directly? So Bez dont have 40 million do they?

The accurate position seems to be 40 milion held in an independent account that apparently besra have access to use but unclear how that works going forward.
Gold resource owned by a third party company that besra has a majority holding in rather than direct ownership.
