maybe if you exerted the same level of intellectual rigour on the legals of the funding deal than you do on putting opposing views down - you might learn something.

your comment about quantum owning Besra assets - that is a very real possibility IF an insolvency occurs.

so I will speak slowly -

go to the ASX announcement on 28th June 2023 - "Notice of General Meeting" now go to page 29 -under "Term" now read that whole section with reference to clauses A to K - and clause J particularly and the paragraph at the end of that section outlining what happens if QUANTUM OR BESRA fail.

now go to ASX announcement on 25th July 2023 - "Results of Meeting" shareholders approved the transaction INCLUDING all these clauses.

this is not me making this up, or I'm on drugs - this is facts that shareholders voted on and approved.
