From what I'm understanding from your posts is that there is nothing holders should be concerned about .
Now as I'm going to be on my best behaviour and listen to your answers could you please offer an explanation to these points .
The C&D order from Malaysian regulators is of totally no concern to the funding arrangement and that moving forward there will be no concerns of Quantium being able to continue with the agreement .
Why it has taken so long for the announced payment to be made . Now according to Tymmsy will be paid next month .
Finally is it an acceptable delay of 6 months minimum to adjust the PP designs to accommodate the high rainfall that these areas have (for longer than records were kept ) traditionally received .
