dude the liquidity issues ARE ONGOING, why is there no payment otherwise? you cannot just say that's just the past because its both past and present. when is the payment coming then since there is no liquidity issues and quantum is flush with cash? are they strategically waiting for gold to be closer to 3000$ than it is 2000$ because thats already happened.
