I don't think anyone will argue the viability of the project. But how tangled together are Quantum and BEZ?
How can BEZ rid themselves of this destroyer of market confidence? I don't think anyone knows and therein lies the problem. There could be a legal minefield looming, problem is no one knows.
I hold PDI and think it's mc is a bit high but PRU buying a 13% stake has changed the game for them. The sovereign risk is over rated, imo. The last coup in Burkino Faso saw the coup leaders protecting the mines.. Australia's crazy green movement makes it more risky than Africa, imo. When a minister can deny a project because an unknown number of agitators told her secret stuff that no other Aboriginal groups had a problem with, then Australia is f'd!
The risk for BEZ isn't the asset, it's the corporate shenanigans that destroy confidence.
I think you should acknowledge this in your posts to balance the argument.
