Hi Stayer, good to hear you managed to dodge that bullet!

Unfortunately that ASIC fellow appears to have been right when he said "Australia is a paradise for white collar criminals." I'm having to exercise my grey matter a lot harder reading through prospectuses these days - it really does feel that business ethics in Australia are increasingly giving way to a 'Mad Max' mindset where everyone's just trying to fleece retail shareholders. Seems to be more pronounced in the late stages of bull markets...or perhaps I'm imagining things!
