You noticed that too.
Sexton tipped in a massive $72,000 for his own holding whilst BPAM saw a $17,196 contribution between him and Gerlach.
A key indicator that was rather discreetly given in the ASX press release of October 19 has this:
"The Directors have indicated their intention to participate in the Entitlement Offer to an extent not exceeding their respective entitlement."
So, now Sexton and Gerlach are very minor stockholders in BFC. Regal Funds have propped the Board up and managed the prevention of a third strike spill of the Board. As the share price slips below what Regal paid once again, it must surely be time for them to arrange a spill themselves in conjunction with Kunteng.
