Please correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't a Finished BSF include the following.

The legal permit application process is in progress and the authorities for water and power provision have been engaged. Feasibility studies on the platinum supply are under way and environmental sensitivity studies are also in progress to finalise the environmental impact assessment and environ-
mental management programme report for the project.


I agree with you Billbu. How could is not have to be released to market.
I guess we are just a bunch of mushrooms.
