Exactly hornbill, a valid point that I thought would have been raised here earlier.
It begs the following questions;
"Why would APL apply for review to the DMR and initiate legal process when the BFS update/release is so close?"
"Who was the beneficiary of the BFS Plan B?"
"Why benefit does APL stand to gain if Xstrata doesn't proceed with a joint venture?"
I'll let you decide what the motive might be behind this latest development.
