What about the use or lose legislation?
Angloplats has decades of PGM resources, they didn't lose the rights to many of these resources under use it or lose it legislation even though they mightn't develop them until the next century.
I didn't read in any of the media releases anything to suggest that Angloplats had intentions of paying compensation to anybody.
