bfs delay. why?, page-9

There is a simple answer in why to delay the BFS - value.
I wonder if the directors knew previously that this court case was going to be an issue and hence the delay of the BFS to date. Even though all stakeholders want a BFS, from a business perspective it is probably better not to reveal to much as the mud gets thicker. We dont want to give to much value away to our enemies.

On the flip side, issuing the BFS at a time of uncertainty probably wouldnt do much for the shareprice anyway - especially with garatau now in the legal spotlight. A positive that I can ascertain from issuing the BFS is from an illustrative purpose of the effort and work that has gone into developing the assets. Overall, I would say the best decision is to release the BFS when everything settles down but who knows what these guys are doing and thinking now.. Holding NKPE is like riding the roller coaster at an amusement park.
