There is stark a difference between not feeling confident they'll meet a deadline (one which they have already made hazy by way of pre-blaming a modest delay on the reviewers) and stating that the company is purposely misleading the market time and time again with direct statements relating to the imminent BFS.
The latter is the province of the tinfoil hat wearer.
The BFS which will be used for obtaining finance will be released within weeks if not days.
