Ur right on most points there. It is neither here nor there if the market had a criteria and everything above it got funded and everything below it doesn’t. If one misses deadlines then the market will punish you. If they say BFS is for the end of September then it should be released in September. They need to be smart enough to be able to project deadlines and meet them. If they can’t then they have to make that clear to the market before the deadline so as to appear like if they aren’t good enough to meet the deadline they need to have the responsibility to own up and notify the market appropriately.
