Mike, I understand your concern. We all want to see the BFS. But as Georgedb pointed out, the announcement on December 13 said:
"Finalisation of the Balama Feasibility Study (expected in Q1 CY2014)"
I don't think we can reasonably push and prod anybody when we have not yet reached the end of the time quoted (and it was an "expected date", rather than a set-in-concrete committment).
Frankly, I think we have so much information already, regarding development schedules, and estimated development and production costs, that the BFS may well do little more than tidy up a few loose ends. I cannot see another CR in the wind; quite the reverse, I suspect that banks are lining up to provide the relatively small amount of finance required, even including a vanadium processing stream.
