Both NKP and XStrata are aware of the results of the BFS. They simply have not released the results. Why not ???
I suspect a lot of 'negotiations' are going on regarding details of the JV or possible takeover. Best not to let anyone know what is going on until it is all sealed and delivered. I believe that is the main reason management has been evasive rather than being incompetent. We might all find out this week.
