    I also see that one of the options for maximising return/payback is to start with Tubatse shallow deposits on the South farms.

    The court decision is not a make or break issue for X or NKP, but its final conclusion may well sweeten the project economics. X will wait for its conclusion befoe any final mine development plan and all PI's should show patience and wait as well.
