Chill out mate, you are taking this too seriously. We are supposed to be enjoying what we do, with the end game being to make a good gain as well.
I fully respect your views but allow me also to question whether the current JV arrangement is that which will finally materialise.
Also, I certainly am not Stagman or linked to him. I am an ex South African now living in Europe.
