Aahhh.. yes.
Do you think their legal team would say, "don't worry, she'll be right mate". Even the most junior conveyancing clerk would not be that stupid.
The preliminary BFS was "robust". Revised BFS "in lowest quartile costs". Xstrata Alloys advised head office to take up the joint venture (imo this rules out serious minerology issues causing a delay)

As I posted on the other thread the most recent decisions posted on the link Stagman supplied, were handed down Sep 30 from cases heard in May, but it has been posted here that there will be an attempt to clear the backlog.
