The Constitutional Court judgment in this case will be a landmark decision that will create "case law" and be used as a reference by future parties disputing ownership rights in the lower courts.

If (when) this ownership challenge is dismissed then that's it mate, it's all over red rover and clear sailing to the finish line!!
