Hi Phil,
No I have not. I don't believe in wasting Craig's time tending to my (or other holders) phone calls. How much time is wasted spent on the phone talking to everyone who's answer is 'Call Craig'.
I'd rather them just put out an update and keep working, rather than tending to telephone calls from every holder who feels the need.
