    How times have changed.

    A positive BFS used to move a stock, yet no market reaction at all to this annoucement. It is a very different risk averse market at present.

    Maybe the market is still questioning where the $330mil is coming from to pay for the expansion.

    BFS read well to me.

    Anyway
