that may well be true, i guess we will never know.
i like the marine play, i do. but i refuse to accept that its simply "cheaper, easier, should have been done first" without the proper due diligence.
land based RP has been proven to be economically viable in the past. marine has not.
also bear in mind a relatively run of the mill mine in wonarah cost $28 mill or something to get to BFS stage. what would a project the first of its kind cost?
