Muzza, the BFS is done by an independent company hence MMX management would not know the results until they receive the report... MMX management would also be running their own back of the envelope calculations, hence the expectation.
What worried me was the word "SUBJECT TO"... so is the release of the BFS dependent on the parties reaching an outcome on the SCA?
