who cares what it will be, what i care about and i know you agree with me is the problem that the the incompetant mmx board has caused...if this was a "nutshell moment" as you stated in your last post we would not have an issue with what is a very important project for this state....your thinking seems very similiar to how these cowboys at mmx have put us back 10 yrs.
