Premier gave them until tomorrow for BFS then end of year to press development button.

It appears SinoSteel complained to Premier about tariffs etc and told him they would pull out, he said as much last week,but his hands are tied as any move prior against OPR would result in legal action against the State.

In effect all players are at the mercy of OPR until the end of the year unless they concede prior and walk away, this played a part in SinoSteel walking away.
