Presume BFS can only be positive, and they will do anything to make it look like positive! Purpose of trip to NA is presentation in NY and Canada for new investors/brokers and for listing, BFS will be central issue at presentation. BFS must contain information which make future of MAK feasable, read profitable, with or without another tax. MAK is at a stage of "make or brake", there is not much more in between at this point. AD is aware of that. They must do anything to pump up SP for SPP to finance expansion. The current level is unacceptable for stakeholders like us, but threatens MAK's future as well. Oppies failed, so no cash from this and AD , with his stock position in MAK,is not looking forward to to much dillution either. It's 5 minutes to 12 time !!
