In order to raise enough money to develope the mine, the guys running the show will need a good story to sell and I think they have one. It is now up to management to decide how to deliver a good story. Deliver it poorly, there will be massive dilution as shares will be issued at low prices. However if they can do it professionally with a major JORC upgrade as they promised and can do rounds of PR to increase fundie/broker exposure, then this could be a massive success. Coming up Nov/Dec, coal sector will probably come hot again in the northern hemisphere, might be good time to raise money then.
