Seasons Greetings to all.

Speculating about some of the more positive ways this might go (over sophisticated investors at a discount...) I came up with.
A cash injection from a new strategic partner that enables the project to move to development. Thinking of a total financing scenario that uses TTR cash, bank loan, and forward sales.

An option based rights issue to raises a modest amount of money now and if (when) the BFS pushes the share price above conversion could bring in a lot of cash later on.

And a private placement to one or more of the top 20 holders who want to increase their holding. (Jabiru Metals Limited and Lion Selection became cornerstone investors in Tectonic in 2007 this way I believe).
But perhaps this scenario wouldn't be called a proposed capital raising

Just thinking out loud

Anyway time will tell.
