the BFS is outsourced and sub-contracted.
I would think it would mean that things were going a bit pear shaped in terms of the hows of mining and costing.
HOWEVER glencore and Nystar havent sold and L1 is buying more.
If this was looking dodgey in terms of the quality of the BFS, you would expect one of the big holders to catch a whiff of it on the breeze.
For that reason I believe it is just one of the inevitable delays involved with mining unfortunately.
