I reckon you are right Septa,
The BFS relies on contractors to do all the work,
If you have ever built a home using contractors you will know it is rarely if ever completed on time.
The mistake JD made was putting "dates" on the completion when really he has not much control on when the work is completed by 3rd parties.
It would however be prudent of management to let the market know if his stated completion date is going to pass. That would stop any shareholder angst.
Meanwhile the resource is still in the ground and these price levels present an outstanding opportunity to buy.
