The robust results from the BFS will propel ZYL into a producer of high grade anthracite in the short term. With the anticipated future shortfall in the supply of high grade anthracite ZYL's Kangwane project is ideally placed to sell into this demand.
Proactive Investors believes the share price re-tracement of ZYL is completely overdone. We can foresee a share price recovery to $0.20 within the next 6-12 months.
