BG has only 32% holding in Pure and their pick-up rate is very slow. Doesn't look like they will get to 90% without a change in strategy and a loosening of the purse strings.
Best thing to do is to be patient and wait for developments, as AOE is still sulking in the background. If BG was really serious about grabbing Pure they would go SNAP/GULP/BURP party over.
