Guys im not sure why MEL isnt moving much with the market and also think the stock is somewhat undervalued. But on the other hand there are significant development hurdles faced by MEL that other players arent facing.
This is a big driver of why the 2P/3P ratios are significantly lower than those of its "comparables". Until progression has been made in relation to these to give risk averse investors some appetite, the value differential will remain.
I eagerly anticipate hearing of the continued development of this stock
