It is interesting-I do not think an extra 25c will see AOE sell, but BG said this was the final offer in the absence of a higher bid. So, they've locked themselves in on the price and so they're making AOE put up or shut up. I wonder if AOE said 'we'll sell to you for, say $8.50 or $9.00. BG puts out this offer. What does AOE do? Accept the lower offer, do nothing, or put a bid in themselves in the hope BG then gets to a higher price. Interesting. I hold PES.
