I have posted a similar poster on 26.11.08 in which I expressed some apprehension from BG's move at the time.
In the absence of further info. it seems to me that the following scenarios are probable:
1. BG is interested in the JV with no further conditions imposed;
2. BG is interested in the JV and is considering some modification to the original agreement;
3. BG is not interested in persuing the JV;
4. BG is not interested in persuing the JV, but at the same time is strategically interested in thwarting any potential progress on part of CTP;
Unfortunately, given the delay and uncertainty that ctp is experiencing, it seems to me that options 1, 2 & 3 may not be relevant to our case (I will be happy to admit if I was wrong).
CTP needs now to position itself towards acting it alone and I wish CTP good luck and success which it so deserves.
