This is definately Good News....Slice it Dice it every which way you would like...the they have found Oil.....in prospects which...Far and Pcl have a competatiive advantage....
Many..many prospects to fine tune targeting oil...
I suspect that this news is better than the indications gleamed from the trading patterns at or around 24th Feb....
