JH is no mug, he knows that the SP will probably increase significantly if BG are on board.
best case scenario for BG would be that CTP only do CSM drills or even better CTP hit nothing on non CSM wells. This is what BG are after, they dont want to chase gas/oil/helium IMO, thats not there gig....just like owning a rig is not ours.
