Fonterra weren't looking at fundamentals when they bought over 9% of BGA at $4.89 per share. This is about dwindling opportunities in the Dairy Sector in the race to satisfy demand in the Asian markets.
There will in all likelihood be a 3 way tussle for BGA....
between Fonterra, Lion Nathan and Murray Goulburn.
And I think it will be even hotter than the battle for WCB.
