I couldn't see FIRB giving BGA or Saputo the approval to accumulate that large of a holding. Too much risk to the agricultural industry if something goes wrong. BGA should definitely have a go at accumulating the market share and I really feel FIRB will have a lot to do with pricing the purchase. Maybe BGA has an edge over Saputo purely from the home ground advantage vs international holding.
I'd expect the likes of Nestle to be having a serious look at entering the market
