    Mr Andrew Forrest is probably too busy working out how to extricate himself from disastrous so-called 'renewable energy' schemes, not limited to the huge fracas he's having with another disciple of wanting us to not learn from Germany and the UK in Mr Mike Cannon-Brookes.

    'The Australian' on Friday 13 January 2023 had a business section small article re a UBS survey that claimed consumers in Australia were continuing to spend up big time with no end in sight. It painted a more optimistic picture of the economy than many other media reports, and made some of the points you state such as eating at home more.

    It'll be fascinating to see how BGA's sales are going but as you say, the key is BGA's margins along with energy prices. To that I'd add 'milk supply availability as the number of dairy farmers declines' plus 'the milk solids price BGA pays per kilogram'.
