A Query.
The Hot Copper Chart shows no Directors sales or purchases over the last 6mths.
From the Company Annual Report however ,I notice Directors Holdings have diminished over the past year.
It makes me wonder ,If the Directors (whom most are German) have their Share Holdings on the Frankfurt Exchange ,they probably dont have to advise the ASX of sales or purchases ??
I might be wrong,anybody know?
Does this mean the Australian Shareholders are not being fully informed ??
