It will be financed by Saudis. The Saudis also want Boulder to build a plant for steel rails in Saudi Arabia. BGD is also listed in Germany and Dubai stock exchanges. In Germany BGD sells steel parts to Car manufacturing industry. Announcement by Anna Bligh is significant because people had some doubts about the Saudi company which is not well known and can not be Googled. But now this announcement seems to alleviate some doubts.
