Great podcast, thanks for sharing. I love the tailwinds we have here;

1. Rising gold price - I believe we are entry a once in a generation gold boom. There's plenty of macro material to support this view, so I want delve into it it here. If you're reading this, you are probably already aware.

2. Most developers shift heir focus from exploration, once they start to run the numbers and focus on in-fill drilling, etc., That does NOT apply here as we will continue to drill, looking for high grade zones.

3. The mill, which is worth multiples of our valuation on a replacement value. It's tried and tested. Many companies have teething problems with mills. We are in a much better position with ours as it is known quantity, so to speak. Plus, we are years ahead in terms of not having to build it from scratch, so the usual lag in the Lassonde Curve does not apply.

4. Management. Alex is obviously passionate about the project and stands to make a fortune. Like Paul Keating said, always back the horse called self interest. He is a very smart guy, and I like knowing that he is working for me, as a shareholder.
