Have been invested in this for over 12 months and wondered when it might start making a move. Hardly ever been commented on Hotcopper. Think it has been flying under the radar.
Thing I like about it is (like many SaaS business models) the potential for high incremental revenue growth at minimal extra cost. But, particularly in the NDIS space, it has huge competition. There are at least 25 competing CRM platforms all claiming to be the best thing since sliced bread.
