    Agreed. If only people would read all the info that is presented to them, they would realise alot of the BS surrounding PEN is just that. The projects economic viability will not be in question from jan 2011. But i'm sure someone will question PENs cash on hand status at that point. If PEN can avoid another CR after the DFS is released(by way of utility contract etc) then i'm confident that my investment will be one to envy by 2013.
