No sweat - I was shown earlier in the year by another helpful HC member. The list is put out around 11.30AM EST by the asx and contains all short sold positions taken during the previous trading day.

This does not give you a cumulative short position - just use shortman for that (google shortman)
Here is a copy of today's file because it gets overwritten daily - shorts211220.txt
And you will notice that the short trade is awful close to the last trade amount on friday... but also that 1.98% is sticking out like the proverbial when compared with any other companies in the sector on that day.
